Can I gift a Super Pass? Absolutely! Complete the purchase and we'll be in touch with details to send your recipient.

Can I purchase a Super Pass for myself and someone else? You sure can — just select two passes when purchasing. When completing the confirmation form, we'll collect both your names and email addresses so you can attend together or separately.

How does it work once I've purchased my pass? We'll send you a confirmation form to collect a few more details from you, and you'll have the option to pre-book your first set of tickets straight away, if you wish. We'll also pop your limited-edition Silo pin in the post with a copy of our 2024 season brochure. Please note that passes are only processed Monday to Friday, excluding Silo's shutdown period between 20 December 2023 and 20 January 2024.

How do I book after I purchase my Super Pass? Just email tickets@silotheatre.co.nz when you're ready to book! We need one business day's notice to book you in. You also have the option to pre-book your tickets when completing your Super Pass sign up.

How do I collect my tickets? They'll be emailed to you in advance – no need to print your tickets, you can show them on your phone as you enter the theatre.

I need to change my tickets to another show — what do I do? Just email us at tickets@silotheatre.co.nz with your new dates and we'll sort it out — you won't pay any transfer fees or additional charges.

Can I really attend as many times as I want? You sure can — you can only hold one current ticket at a time, so book for the first performance in the season and after you have attended, email us to book for subsequent performances.

Can I use my Super Pass for sold-out performances? No – Super Pass holders can only book for performances where there are seats available.
