Can I gift a Super Pass? Absolutely! Complete the purchase and we'll be in touch with details to send your recipient.

Can I purchase a Super Pass for myself and someone else? You sure can — just select two passes when purchasing. When completing the confirmation form, we'll collect both your names and email addresses so you can attend together or separately.

How does it work once I've purchased my pass? You'll receive an email from Silo the following working day with a unique code. You will use your unique code to book your individual tickets online, at your convenience. You can also call or email Silo to book your tickets – the choice is yours! Please note that passes are only processed Monday to Friday, excluding Silo's shutdown period between midday 23 December 2025 and 26 January 2026.

What if I'm not ready to pre-book my performances? You can book online with your unique code at any time. If you're booking via phone or email, we need one business day's notice to book you in.

Will it save me money? Yes! You'll saver over 25% on public pricing, and won't pay any transaction or transfer fees.

How do I collect my tickets? They'll be emailed to you when you book your individual tickets – no need to print your tickets, you can show them on your phone as you enter the theatre, or ask the box office to print your tickets on arrival.

I need to change my tickets to another show — what do I do? Just email us at tickets@silotheatre.co.nz with your new dates and we'll sort it out — you won't pay any transfer fees or additional charges.

Can I use my Super Pass for nearly sold-out performances? No – Super Pass holders can only book for performances where there are more than 10% of seats available.
