A story of courage, adventure and friendship, this award-winning adaptation of Sergei Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf is a magical treat for all ages with live music, puppetry and animation.
In this magical reimagining of Sergei Prokofiev’s beloved musical fairytale, director Sophie Roberts and composer Leon Radojkovic bring together a contemporary musical adaptation of Peter and the Wolf with a six-piece band, puppetry, live videography and narration by special guests.
After travelling across the world to live with his grandfather, Peter is struggling to make friends in his new home. When a wolf escapes from the local zoo, Peter sees an opportunity to become a hero and sets off across the city to capture the wolf. As he journeys into the unknown, watch the story unfold through the lens of a video camera — and see every effect created live on stage — as we enter a magical world built through puppets, miniature set pieces, and an electric score.
Don’t miss this enduring tale for anyone aged five and up.
